The Special Events Intern will assist with reaching important fundraising and stewardship goals that are crucial to Lyric’s success.Īssist with the Graham Room reservation telephone line by accepting reservations, changes to reservations, and cancellations, and answering any questions a member may have.Īssist with the preparation and mailing of invitations for Donor Events and Galas.Īssist with the organization of invitees’ responses.
The Special Events Intern will work closely with the Development and Special Events team, assisting with managing the Graham room, donor events, and general office work. This collaborative vision will deliver ever more exciting, thought-provoking and inclusive audience and community experiences – while increasing the gravitational pull of our art form, our company, and our city.
